eVitran

All HODs have been given login on e-Vitran for allocation of budget to their DDOs. DDOs are mapped to their respective HODs .Similarly mapping of DDOs with the treasuries to which they are attached also exist. Online sanction is generated and remains on system for verification. The allocation data is available to DDO for preparation of bills and to treasuries to effect budget control.

eBills/eSalary

eBills have a facility to generate all kinds of bills through it in online mode. The bill format has been standardized and one bill form is used for preparation of all kinds of bills. Classification structure is auto populated from budget allocation data. The bank A/C data is either taken (populated through) e-Salary or e-Pension module if payment is to be made to employees or pensioners.

ePension

The State Government has created Pension database of all State Government Pensioners in e-Pension Application Software. The Pension payment and processing is also done through e-Pension. The e-Pension application is web-based application where all District Treasury Officers have been assigned user IDs. The PPOs issued by AG office are sent to District Treasuries. The District Treasuries enter all detail given in PPO in e-Pension.

eChallan

Online Government Receipts Accounting System of Himachal Pradesh Government.A citizen can deposit government money using eChallan by logging on to the system. A citizen must have a net-banking account with any of the banks listed below. This is a 24X7 facility and citizen can make the payment any time of the day. A citizen can generate the challan online for manual payment at the bank counter.

HPOLTIS

All bills are processed online by the treasuries. The passed bills are not returned to the DDOs. On the basis of passed bills, pay order giving requisite details is put on the system against login of bank branch attached to treasury. All 104 Treasuries transacting banks have been given access to the module. Banks download pay order files and release payment to all beneficiaries and then send the electronic file to treasury.

eKosh

The compilation of vouchers & challans is online & requires no data entry in Treasuries. The accounting returns for rendering account to AG are generated through this module and electronic data is made available to AG by giving access to the system.
